Orry One
One sheet to run them all.
Orry started as an internal need. We were running multiple client projects, trying to keep track of offers, tasks, hours, margins, and delivery dates… in five different tools.
We thought: what if we could run the whole thing from a single sheet?
We built Orry.one — a modular Google Sheets-based system for project estimation, offer creation, Gantt planning, margin tracking, CRM, and reporting.
Then we turned it into a product.

The Challenge
– Messy project tracking across too many tools
– Difficult handovers and lack of margin clarity
– No simple way to send client offers + manage scope + stay profitable
The Solution
– A full branding system for Orry:
from name to tone to toolkit
– Product launch visuals, web design,
and onboarding flow
– A scalable layout system with light/dark modes
– Marketing-ready materials for ads and reels
– Optimization for CTR
– UX audit and offer/plan PDF optimization
– Organic content strategy for TikTok & Instagram
The Impact
We launched the MVP in weeks. Designed to feel intuitive, fast, and a little addictive. Orry.one is now helping freelancers and studios take control of their projects — and their profits.
The Website
The Orry website (orry.app) was designed to do one thing well: convert curious visitors into confident buyers.
We skipped the startup clichés and went for clarity — showing exactly what Orry.one is, what’s inside each plan, and why it works better than juggling tools.
Key features of the website:
– Clean dark theme with bold brand colors
– Instant scroll-to-section menu (like real documentation)
– Feature breakdown per module
(Settings, CRM, Offer, Plan, Report…)
– Real screenshots, not mockups
– Optimized for CTR ratio
– Clear pricing plans (Basic / Light Pro / Pro)
– PDF export previews & tooltips
– Integrated checkout via Lemon Squeezy
– Light & fast: no animation overload, just usefulness
The result
The site feels like the product — minimal, clear, action-driven. It doesn’t try to oversell. It shows. Most importantly: users get what it is in under 30 seconds.
How we worked
– We designed a system that blends logic, speed, and visual clarity
– Then we built the whole experience in Google Sheets with custom scripts
– After that we resigned the brand identity and color system from the ground up, wrote every word, drew every icon, tested every export
– We launched a landing page, full product, and social strategy in 5 weeks
– Then we sold it. As a real product. With real users.
We did everything in-house — design, dev, branding, site, and strategy. Orry is our proof that great design needs a sharp brain and a clear plan.
Orry’s business content doesn’t pretend to be polished marketing fluff. Instead, it speaks human — with structure, clarity, and sharp insight.
Every post is crafted to:
– Mirror real freelance struggles (pricing, quoting, client silence).
– Create micro “aha” moments that resonate on a gut level.
– Drive action — whether it’s improving processes or grabbing a deal.
The tone?
A mix of real talk, behavioral psychology, and structured simplicity.
The layout?
Golden ratio grid across all formats — from educational carousels to promo cards — to keep content clean, scannable, and elegant.
It’s content built like the product: Clear blocks. Precise flow. Helping freelancers move from chaos to clarity — one tip at a time.
